The odds of that are extremely small, which means only the very small part of the community that is either very good or very lucky will get it, which means that that simply wont work for most people, so you can't say just play 1k hours and anyone can get it.

If you really dedicate yourself, you can literally do anything. If a lesser skilled player spent 1k hours they could totally do it. It's just no one is going to do that. It's way too much work for a video game. Just trying to make a point of, anyone can do it, but no one wants to.
