Seriously, this is just lazinnesss to deal with people who are banned, espically for nothing without knowing why is bad. This behaviour towards people who like playing your game, but can't play due to being banned out of the blue and you failing to comply needs to stop!

  • Bungie uses a 2 step ban/restriction process. Either the software or player reports flag an account for review, then a bungie staff member confirms the information and places bans or restrictions as warranted. What would an appeal look like on info that that has been verified? Player is going to say they didnt do it, and Bungie rep will say they did, not much of an appeal. There is no evidence the player can supply that will override the evidence that the review found. Appeals are great for 100% automated systems, but since Bungie's system uses a manual review in addition to the automated an appeal system would just be a waste of time and instill false hope.
