Are you able to claim them? If not it's probably because you've come across or teamed up with someone that was using them. Similar to a Pokedex and the "Seen/Caught" feature

I know what happened i got them out of clan engrams when they still gave raid stuff

I can claim them. Ghost primus was my main weapon when forsaken launched.
