Your argument is weak asf. I have the hours logged. I have the pain in my wrist to prove I've grinded competitive ever since Forsaken dropped. My KD is trash because of that grind.
Your text is condescending. Go live stream yourself soloing 15 straight matches. Right now!!! No video editing. No teams. We will prove what we are saying. Your kd and rank will sink like the titanic

Either you're great at comp and have a high k/d or you are terrible and have a low k/d. If you are good and get matched against good teams while all of your teams are terrible, you're going to lose alot and maybe even die alot. I've only played two games of comp. for the milestone and mine is probably terrible because I a am terrible. If I didn't die much and cheesed the crap out of the opponents, I'd probably have a great k/d ratio, but I don't play comp.

You actually have to be -blam!-in horrendous to have a .3 kd. Whether you solo queue comp or whatever. Its actually hard to get that low.

Why would he solo 15 games straight? Like would you try to 1v3 in a tournament? Because basically thats what you’re saying... Like its optional solo but if you want to win get a team if not you deserve to lose for solo queueing in a team based mode.

You’re not wrong about it being opttional to run in a team, but why would you solo queue when you could run in a team and have a better chance to win by communication.

I really don’t think you understand the connotation that we are giving the phrase “team based”, we don’t mean it requires a team like a trials, however if you want to win then it would benefit you to be in a team.

You will in all likelihood succeed way more with a premade team, no question And I understand the connotations very well, the fact that you will do or not do as well in a team does not make it a team based game By that logic you, would say it's a 4 stack based game, since a 3 stack and a random may not do as well as a 4 stack depending on the players Words matter, and twisting the meaning of words to suit a purpose leads to a slippery slope Its "competitive" crucible, you may do better in a team, but, that's with anything in this game, which, in no way makes something team based unless it actually is team based....raid/trials that's it

But raids aren’t team based if i understand you correctly... you may succeed better in raids with a team however they are still possible with less, unlike trials which you grouped it with which is “tema based” according to you, and i don’t disagree with you trials is team based. Just can’t come to understand why you say a raid is team based when you can accomplish it with less than the recommended amount of people. By your logic raids and the competitive pvp playlist should be grouped together leaving only Trials being team based...

My man you are playing semantics now I can link you to people that played trials 1 vs 3 all the time, the point is, those two were designed with the Express purpose of having pre made teams beat them... It's why theres no matchmaking on those modes...this is a comp multiplayer we are discussing here.. It has match made games which allow from 1-4 players...its not team based Will you do better with a team...probably Is it required to participate and was it designed with the intent of premade teams....no

I don’t understand why you are changing your argument now... like i guess since raids are meant with the intent of it being 6 manned then why is it allowed to be queue without a full team? As oppossed to trials which cannot. I don’t understand how you can compare and group them together when one is a group based playlist and one isn’t. You said it not me, according to your logic a raid can be done by less people than recommended however you would fair better with the recommended six. And what does 1v3 trials how to do with a queue? Im lost truly. According to that logic nothing is a team based game if you can just have someone back out...

Duuuuuude, is a raid meant to be done by a team, is the intent to be a team based activity, no raid...none...can be completed solo without some way around the mechanics meant for a team Trials.is.meant for a team, even if it can be done solo by two people backing out it is a team based activity. My argument has not changed one iota, comp.is not a team based activity, it's a multiplayer mode. Will you probably do better with a premade ...sure....have people done it completely solo...yes.. It's no different from quick play, just the rewards are relevant, is quick play a team based mode?

I think its a team based mode, can you solo queue yes. But what does qp have to do with this... it’s irrelevant like how are you going to bring up qp in a thread about the relevancy of running a team in competitive to win. And really with the raid... like bruh and trials comparison like bruh... theres no similarity... none. If you’re saying they’re both team based then comp is team based because IF ANYTHING RAIDS OR CLOSER TO COMP THEN TRIALS. Your original argument was that since trials was only able to load with 4 people then it was team based. Now you’re bringing up the state of being of the mode and saying “well it was meant to be done with a team” like... if thats not change then i don’t know. You went from the matchmaking to the actual activity is what i am getting at.
