EDIT 1- My wording on Warp one shotting other supers evidently needed more detail, so I've included that the other people must run 5+ resilience to avoid being killed in one hit by it. For those who misunderstood my Blade Barrage is better than Celestial in most situations, it means that you can reliably get more benefit from using it. Mobs, non raid based bosses, PvP, Gambit, and vs other supers. Exotic-wise, you can run Galanor assuming you have it and get more supers in general, not to mention it generates more orbs.
I'm gonna be that guy, so before you get salty and "stat check" me;
My Hunter is my highest Light, followed by my Warlock
I'm a 1.4 in PvP and I don't use meta weapons
I normally play for the win in competitive instead of stats
In PvE I've done everything except Last Wish and Prestige Spire (This includes exotic weapon quests for Malfeasance and Wish Ender)
I've been playing Destiny since the beta of the first game and never really gave the game a break of more than a week at a time. I've got somewhere likely nearing the 4000 hour mark across the franchise if you count the time I put into my account and the others that I've played on.
I've been an Arcstrider/Dawnblade main since D2 launched
With that all out of the way...
Nova Warp is a superior version of Fist of Havoc in every way. Larger blast radius, better movement options, shuts down supers in one hit if fully charged, (4 Resilience or less) allows more bursts, and if I'm not mistaken, if you're tethered while holding a charge, it releases it allowing one last chance to kill anyone nearby.
Supers like Sentinel Shield and Arc Staff still take 3 attacks to kill a super, (2 with lethal current if they aren't moving fast enough to avoid it), have less base range, don't get energy regen on kill, and actually have to slow down when doing high AoE attacks. Stormtrance is awful at add clearing and any form of PvE DPS. Then you have things like Golden Gun, Pathfinder Nightstalker, and Sentinel Shield literally has a completely inferior version that offers no real benefits.
Banner Shield is far superior to all other versions of Sentinel Shield. It actually has a benefit to blocking other than taking less damage and has a much larger shield.
Way of the Current literally removes benefits from other Arc Staff supers and adds an LT that should be on all versions to begin with. It increases damage for what, 2 seconds after blocking an attack? This sounds good on paper but every enemy on Destiny that shoots at you stops shooting when you get close.
Pathfinder's Damage output is supposed to increase with each shot but the amount of time it takes to shoot 6 arrows into a target is atrocious, and the "super cast" drag that the game forces you to go through when airborne is an annoyance, not to mention the fact that you can shoot a wall behind you due to how third person works in most games.
Sharpshooter is pretty irrelevant in PvE in most cases now that Blade Barrage generates just as many orbs and deals even more damage than a Nighthawk in every non precision based encounter. I get that it's supposed to be the "skill super" and that's fine, but if you get basically no reward for landing the shot, what's the point? Even in PvP, you're better off just using two shots and having some to spare once you've killed off however many supers were there.
Speaking of which, Outlaw has its own set of issues but they're mostly just PvE issues. With the introduction of Blade Barrage, you're definitely not using these for add clearing. In need of some serious improvements to be worthwhile. The damage is insanely low, the orb generation is barely existent, you've got no AoE, and the situations in which you want to use it, there's always a better choice.
Now onto Titans, while I love the Juggernaut cluster, it was nerfed pointlessly. Daybreak was buffed so that it gained super PER KILL and could last forever, so why was the opposite done here? It's already bad that Havoc uses so much energy per slam in comparison to other supers, not to mention it has a tiny AoE and low damage when you compare it to Nova Warp. Furthermore, there's an issue where someone can take less than full damage from Havoc. Nova Warp doesn't have that issue.
Earthshaker was nerfed so that Missile would have aftershocks evidently? If that's the case, something else needs to be done. If this is supposed to be the shockwave/grenade cluster then do something to improve upon that.
And no, I'm not advocating nerfs with this post.

Where that bottom tree nova bomb buff, it’s pretty dam Garbo at the moment, lackluster blast radius, super slow animation and travel time, no area coverage, it needs to split into 3 smaller projectiles and have less arc

1 ReplyTruth. Bungie's application of supers has always been wildly inconsistent and lacking cohesion across the design of them. Sometimes I get the feeling they have one programmer tasked to design each one, and they all work in separate offices on opposite sides of the building and never talk to each other.

12 RepliesMeanwhile Voidwalker's other two Attunements, while decent, have lackluster Nova Bombs. Cataclysm is buggy as hell and Vortex has an incredibly small blast radius.

I just came here to say Tether is the shitiest super in the game and needs a buff badly. It needs to kill anything it hits directly in one shot, the armor needs to be buffed, tethers need to last longer, shouldn’t be able to be destroyed, and need to attach way way quicker on impact. Just to compete in the current meta.

I wish Whirlwind guard lasted 2 secs

I agree about all the hunter related stuff because I’ve only ever played with one character. Blade barrage makes top tree garbage for PvE. PVP it still shines as you can pick and choose rather than hope for a lucky cluster of people to barrage. The entire arc sub needs to be fixed as right now it’s kind of all over the place. Void sub is straight but I think the perks of the newest super are way to situational with a very limited window.

1 ReplyUh huh....so what do you do for a living?

3 RepliesYou mind implementing a TLDR?

2 RepliesSo just to clarify a few minor points here. Nova Warp can one shot some supers, but not the ones mentioned here. Nova Warp can one shot supers up to the resilience of sunbreakers and dawnblades, the second highest damage resilience. Nova Warp fails to, however, one shot supers in the highest resistance tier such as sentinel, striker, stormcaller and arcstrider. Also the damage from Nova Warp is parsed the same way it is on the nova bomb, so that it is consistent damage through most of the radius, while the she can do small amounts of damage

20 RepliesNova Warp can 1hko other supers? Wrong. Sentinel shield 3 hits other supers? Wrong. Stopped reading after that.

1 ReplyWhat really needs a buff is nova bomb, bottom tree needs shatter, a faster animation and better armor, a faster travel time wouldn’t hurt either
-
1 ReplyFists of Havoc sucks ass in PVP. It's too slow and doesn't do enough damage. I'd like to see that improved a bit. That's my main, so I've seen it first hand lose to almost every other super in crucible.
