Raid Loot Non-Power Drop
So i completed 4 encounters of LW on my main this week... i got on my second character and have only done the first two encounter and i got one drop at my current level 582 and another at 583.... again my current level going into those encounters was 582.... so why was my powerful gear drops NOT powerful? Arent the powerful gear drops suppose to be like +5 or +7? Can you only get powerful gear once per week per account?
Someone help. Frustrated with the NON powerful loot drops....

Negatory, powerful gear is at current max average or +1 or 2 only prime engrams grant the rediculous +5 +7 level boost
