Why is the black spindle perk not working while standing in the super? Is that a bug?

It is a bug, noticed on the Last Wish streams that WoR and WotW work just fine on PC but don’t work on console. It kind of ruins WoR. Someone also said if you throw a rift down in the WoR that WotW will work but I have yet to test this.

Is it not? I’ve not noticed that. My friends super always cancelled out whenever I used my Well or Radiance though. Which shouldn’t happen.

They fixed the supers cancelling out but Whisper is still bugged
