Can you still transfer titan armor to a low level warlock and infuse?
So can i transfer my i unused 500 light level titan armor to my warlock and infuse it to boost those characters up?

no. not able to use a different characters armor to infuse.

Armor infusion by class only. It's been like since D2 dropped.
