What just happend ?
So any one else having experienced unstable game last week?
Had several people in our clan ( read most members) having trouble with the game crashing left and right.
I just had another 2crashes within the last 30min and now when i try to relog back in, i got a
[b] "Not so fast. This account has been banned. Please go to Bungie.net/ban"[/b]
But nothing on this list of reasons make any sense to why i was banned?
Only thing that could REMOTELY be the reason is the "unstable net/crashes"
But thats the game since last week, that should not be punishing me in the mist of all these updates and patches etc?
Anyone else havin the same thing?
I know Bungie dont discuss Bans but this is ridiculous, what am i to do now?
Just threw 40euros at them for Forsaken and now they ban me, cuz their game was unstable?

You got caught doing something that you shouldn't have been doing and now your upset and angry that YOUR actions have led to a ban. You can protest and thorw a wobble all you want but you only have yourself to blame, take it on the chin and move on, Bungo don't even see you anymore. If you only got an account ban then you can count yourself lucky, you can still make another account and start again as an honest Guardian, if you got yourself a hardware ban then you are s**t out of luck man. #whatgoesaroundcomesaround

8 RepliesIts not okey for Bungie Customer support to just sit back and let the players answer other players on issues like this. They have no responibilies nor duties, toward us? How are we as a community just agreeing to this? We stay loyal and we give them our money, year after year, but at any time or date they can shut us out without giving us a reason nor explanation? Just refering us to a page with a list with reasons that do not match to anything youve been doing in your game? Forever not knowing? We just get shunned and tossed out with no right to debuke or even know the reason behind it? This is not an okay way to handle customer issues. Even the lowest of jailprisoners have the right to a phonecall to a laywer or whatnot, to plead their case before the door closes behind them. We get less than that from Bungie, when they toss us beind that stonewall of theirs. incredibally disrepectful. Errors accure, everywhere, at some point. But when these errors accure in Destiny2 noone from Bungie is there to take responsibility to correct or even look into them? Thats a robbery and a discrimination at a whole new level.

3 RepliesJust got information about Bungie in the past having banned everyone in a Cruciable if they find someone has been hacking. We did have a guy on the other team WARPING around the map.. How does one go about getting your account unbanned, if youve been groupbanned due to some strangers wrongful doing? Im innocent and someone at Bungie needs to look at this.
