100 percent dedicated servers. I love D2, but there is simply no excuse for Bungie using this abysmally shitty hybrid P2P system. Overwatch and Titanfall 2 both came out before D2, and both use dedicated servers (and didn't charge players extra for it). Bungie are just cheap and went for the bargain-bin PvP option, and now players are paying for it.
