Cayde's Cloak
When a hunter dies a fellow hunter usually takes the fallen hunters cloak. In this case what if they let Hunters take his cloak, Titans make the Titan mark out of it, and Warlocks make a bond from it. Just as a final reminder of Cayde and promise of vengeance?

There is his actual cloak though. It’s in the tower hanging on a wall behind Amanda Holliday. It’s one of the four memorials to cayde alog with colonel at his old spot, the plaque by zavala and his photo in the ramen shop.

THIS IS ACTUALLY HAPPENING. Yep, you guessed it: https://destinysets.com/all-items Scroll down to the purple gear section. There's a cloak, mark, and bond named "Memory of Cayde Cloak/Mark/Bond," with the tag "Hey... take me with you." -Cayde-6 There aren't real images yet, but there is some info on stats, for example the cloak helps you get Heavy ammo and reduces class ability cooldown whenever you pick up an orb.

7 RepliesI feel like for a warlock bond they could have it have cloth wrapped and draping down the arm of the warlock so they have a unique new bond and not just a ring around their left arm and for the symbol it would either be a white with red outline spade or the hunter symbol idk just something new for the warlocks even though I don't main it

They finally inject some edginess into the story and what do you know they -blam!-ed that up too. Why not kill off ikora rey instead? Garbage writers are garbage, go write some follow up episodes for BigBangTheory.

This was a regular thing in D1 - strike specific loot - it gave you a sense of accomplishment and you'd always remember where you got it.

Apparently you most of the community and bungie don't understand class specific items. Hunter deserve the face of spades because it's our mentor guns not ikoras or zavalas. An now you want someone other than a hunter to have our mentors cloak no this needs to stop now.

That would be too good to actually happen. I know my hunter isn't generally my main and yet for Forsaken I have him positioned as the first to go into the events. Just seemed the thing to do.
