Bungie just listed Moments of Triumph on their Overview. I was also stuck at 44/45. It is listed that I had not obtained Memory Fragment 6. Finally found the correct Memory Fragment 6 and used the proper (solar) weapon. Everyone at 44/45 should check to see what Memory Fragment is missing....
