honestly it IS a mix of both 'the community' AND bungie, but only one of these two is willing to accept responsibility.

+1 cookie. not to say that bungie is perfect or infallible, but when you have idiots parading in the forums, declaring bungie solely and exclusively at fault for every single balance change the game has, well the word "delusional" comes to mind.
