Halo Reach Soundtrack Is Awful.
Why is the Halo Reach Soundtrack so very small and bad? I mean every Campaign mission has the same music over and over again. They can't even have a big variety like Halo 1 and 2 did. Halo 3 even had a bigger variety of music throughout the Campaign. I don't know why Bungie just keeps slacking off more and more.

Eh, I believe the Halo: Legends OST is better, but the Reach soundtrack, from what I heard in-game, was pretty good.

The theme that Reach's Soundtrack is really good. But OP has a point: its really repetitive. Same hook almost every song. Not as diverse as ODST's soundtrack was.

I agree completely. I just can't believe what they did with the soundtrack. Have you heard the music at the beginning of "The Long Night of Solace". That -blam!- is terrible. It's just not Halo.

[/quote] marty originally made music because he loved it, and because he made good music and got lucky (anyone successful is at least a little lucky) he gets paid well for his job. If you were/are an extremely talented musician/composer, and loved making music, you too would make music, and if you got paid well for it, it would be a welcome bonus.
