105 EP clears and no shotgun

I am very dissapointed, i cleared 105 escalation protocols to earn the shotgun but got none Maybe is something wrong with my account i dont know Need help

I got similar problem too. 23 clears and only i got is shotguns (5 or 6 i don't remermber).
