The [i]only[/i] difference between Hive Thralls and any known zombies you can find in Media is that they don't infect other non-Hive races & Humans. Well I guess it only makes sense when your a Hive Wizard by using their ways of spawning Thralls or turn anyone into a Hive. Eris Morn is an example, but we don't truly know how she got them infuse to herself other then only reading that part in the Lore: [b]Taking them from an Acolyte in order for her to survive for centuries and escaping the Hellmouth back to Earth.[/b]
