I detailed this in other posts before, but the fact is the people asking for grind never specified what kind of grind they wanted. Now we have a superficial grind that isn’t rewarding it’s just slow for no reason. And VALID sources are saying the same.

Grind is good when it’s done right. vanilla D1 was a poor example of what we should be shooting for... but it’s the constant foolish request of the salty D2 community.
Hardcores need to listen to the casuals more and the casuals need to listen to the hardcores, because the best games land somewhere in the middle, not on either extreme. Casuals want more to do, just not grinding for the same boring and weak rewards. Hardcores, even you don’t like grinding raids for the same exact thing over and over, why else would you ask for random rolls? You’re bored with end game, but instead of specifying an actual fix for the tiny loot table, you sobbed about wanting D1 back. Now we have a grind for trash items.
The grind bungie introduced from 345-max light is superficial... and when you reach the end game guess what... THERES STILL NOTHING TO DO. You’re all still complaining, and now the casuals hate the game too. Lol.
I’ve repeatedly said it, the problem with destiny has NEVER been a need for more arbitrary grind, it’s ALWAYS been a lack of content. .
Stop asking for grind, and demand more CONTENT.

I didn’t think I would like this but I read it and then I did.
