Just a tip for anyone using the Riskrunner SMG. Fighting groups of enemies with almost no Arc damage to activate the Riskrunner's Arc Conductor? If you're running an Arc subclass with a grenade with which you can damage yourself, like Pulse, Storm, Flash (if you don't mind the brief blindness), you can just pull out the Riskrunner, chuck the grenade at your feet, damage yourself with Arc, and blast away with the perk. Just be careful because it WILL damage you and if you're not careful, you could end up just killing yourself and looking a fool. But it can be very rewarding if you're fighting large groups of enemies who rarely use Arc, like Cabal or Vex. Hope this was helpful. Stay safe Guardians.
