Awesome red head again! - -Festival of the lost, that phrase brings a smile to my face. It's an event that gets me riled up and eager to play. An event that promises to have some really interesting and odd items from consumables, gear and other items. 1/3 of the reason I play destiny is because of this event. It's now April and we are approaching destiny 2's first event... And I'm worried. - -After the launch of destiny 2, we learned there would not be a festival. Oddly enough that would have gone well as a follow up event after the story ended. We as the player got to see the winter event and what It brought.. We also got the crimson event and they were fitting in a way. However, I am concerned about the content and the distribution of said content for this festival and for other following events. - -These events (if I remember correctly) last for two weeks. That's plenty of time to earn the items available for us. But with little in the way of doing missions to earn the "engram" roll, we desperately need bounties and NPC based missions to increase the activities to stay involved. We need items to really get us motivated in playing FOR the event and not just touching it then back to regular stuff. - -I want to see a milestone, bounties, NPC missions and even have it touch stuff like crucible/nightfall. I want to see stuff like armor/helms that actually can be used with power levels and maybemake you look like the enemies. I want to see either skins that make our guns look like enemy weapons or legendary/exotic versions of enemy weaponry. (This statement cam go in anywhere but i want to make it here anyway.) Ghost shells for sure, and many. Ive seen requests for servertor shells and the like. Ships and sparrows maybe, stuff like the rainsins were a nice oddity. Emotes yes, shaders yes, mods if it's possible (maybe change how the gun fire effects are), etc. - -As I write this in may, I'm making my wishes known early. I know that you have a busy schedule. All I hope for is a great event that makes as much of this true and something to talk about after.
