When the whining stops. I'm sure by now Bungie feels like a pissed-off parent with petulant children that won't stop nagging them to buy them a toy. Parents eventually buy them the toy when they stop bugging them for it.
Trust me, it's for your own good, it will help build character young ones.

Except Bungie are the parents that ignore the basic needs of its child. So it just sits there hungry, crying in a soiled nappy for months waiting for child services to give it a better life. Or something like that.
