I think it's pretty obvious we have many complaints about the current state of the game. But what's most important to you? What would you like changed first? • Really the biggest problem is Bunnie doesn't give a sh^t, because they already have your money. If they did care, it could go alittle something like this... What if... They took all the perks we have had on our weapons and armor to date and made them mods? This would allow the player to customize their preferred item from the base archetype that is dropped from gameplay. Standard equipment would receive one mod slot to fill. Legendary two slots and so on. The rarer the gear, the more mod slots it would have to fill. (The new grind) Think of the possibilities this would present us the player, along with not relying on Bunnie for new content. Just one gun would hold hundreds of possible mod combinations, and the chase for the perfect gun/armor would be back, and the best part is, it's not random...we build the beast ourselves. Would something op result from this system...of course, but for me it would be awesome chasing that rabbit.(along with giving Bunnie something to nerf.lol) That's why we grind, and more importantly that's why we don't grind in d2.

Because this post has been moderated by admin and moved to feedback forum I can't add the following edit to the initial posting. Edit: Not all complaints are represented in this poll obviously. If you have a different issue than what's listed please select "other" and explain in response. My intention is to have a structured, less chaotic feedback post for Bungie to see. Also I've purposely chosen not to add the "all of the above" option because it's too vague and I feel Bungie needs a clear action plan of priorities that best reflect the community's primary concerns. Thank you for your feedback.

Random roles will only be an excuse for people to waste their time. You should have gameplay as an option. It's not fun. Guns need a little more kick, faster movement. That's the only reason why people got addicted to d1. There really wasn't much content after you did everything once. It requires playing the same strike or mission 200 times in a row to complete an action. It was only manageable because of the gameplay

          • I hope Bungie is paying attention. I'm very concerned with the current loot system. Its become nothing but a collection game which would be fine except most of the collection is only good for upgrading meta items or for gaining shards. Of all the weapons in the game, people only use about 10 of them. If you're not using a Uriel's, PO, Mida, or a BD then you're doing it wrong. At least D1 offered legit customization so the meta wasnt so narrow.

          • Junk weapon system absolutely nothing to do. What really gets under my skin is writers want to be Borderlands 1/2 level of funny and wacky but lack the talent to even come close.

          • The loot and the microtransactions. Loot in first, as even though it was The Dawning that threw me over the edge, it will be weapons that bring me back. My favourite part of Destiny was the awesome weapons, how amazing it was to get them to drop, and then even better to use them for hours on end. That feeling is gone, and we need it back.

          • The loot system is bad. Not enough variety and fixed rolls. The loot system is also broken. How many threads have you seen about people not being able to get that last piece of 335 gear? I know it took me almost two months to get a 335 chest piece for my titan. And that was after completing all milestones except the raid and trials each week. The micro-transactions don’t really bother me. If people want to waste their money on cosmetics that’s completely on them.

          • Hard to believe that anybody at Bungie actually thought getting the same exact “fixed rolls” guns over and over and over for 6+ months would be okay. They can usher in ongoing changes to PvP, but they can’t at least refresh the perks on the guns every few months?!? Are they that lazy, over matched talent wise, or is PVP weapon balancing a prime reason for static rolls for 6 months?

          • The loot system sucks but by far, the biggest issue is the death of the power fantasy. As we level up, our character doesn't become more powerful. Go back and play D1. You can equip weapons with awesome perks and you can spam your super/nades. It's freaking amazing. D2 has none of that.

          • Speed, supers taking ages, token system, removal of features from the original(ex. Heavy synthesis, random rolls, sparrow types, fun), shader system(seriously? Not even going to give enough space for them all in inventory? Postmaster is chock full of shaders and mods) mod system, general ui problems, lack of public event variety(could have brought all of them forward from d1), lack of crucible game type choice, general crucible gameplay based on teamshooting. Basically my main problems are due to instead of building on what they had already made, they threw a ton of content out the window, implemented crud systems for no reason, slowed down gameplay exponentially, took away variety, and shat on the fun.

          • Really gotta make it cover multiple sections. One static topic doesn't nearly cover everything that has driven players away from this franchise. Personally for me, Destiny and Bungie are both blacklisted.

Content, not the campaign, but the overall things you can grind for or quest for. Loved the brother Vance lost prophecy quests to gain new weapons. Stuff like that should be added on a regular basis outside of Expansions.

            • Nice post. It's hard to pick just one. Vault space, Sluggiest gameplay, what they did to int/str/dex, jumps being a little slow and off, the way weapons all feel the same I'm guessing due to PC support, lack of perks in the perk pool. Honestly, the weapons all feel the same and the perks don't seem to have much of an effect. There are a few weapons that I like ok, but overall you can get a weapon with god roll perks and it still feels like every other weapon. I don't think random rolls is going to fix this. Which is why they should just scrap D2 and start putting content out for D1. I would like to hear them looking into fixing the game, but they seem to be focused on stuff that should have been in the game and isn't going to change the way the game plays. They should be making small meta changes instead of planning a massive update. You know for the past they can't do a massive update and how hard would it be to make some minor weapon tweaks and if they didn't work out change them again in a week or 2.

            • Loot System also. I like the idea behind mod economy upgrade but not sure Bungie will think bold enough to make it work. I also like guided games, especially for nightfalls but it's going nowhere fast without a ton of changes.
