Hunter in PvP

Dear Bungie...I have many concern with the pvp of this game...but I'll be talking about the one that affects me the most. Starting off with the hunter...with his melee not killing in 2 tries, unlike titans and warlocks...with hunter you have to give 3 hits(Yes, with full life+shield) really unfair for hunters players. My biggest complaint...the Nightstalker's Shadowshot(My favorite subclass), please...make it more deadlier...it never kills on direct hit with enemies with full life+shields, unlike most supers do, and most of the time they achieve escaping it.The tether...it should drain the enemies life while tethered...it will make more sense cuz of the looks, it looks like his absorbing your life force...add something like the Burn effect or similar like the Venom on the 1st game, why the issue with the tether?...for example; in mid-air you cast Shadowshot, fine...while the enemie is shooting at you(logic), during the act the enemie succeed on killing you while tethered, but before you died you manage to do some pretty damage to him...then you saw how low his life was, after a matter of seconds it start to recover his life...all that...while tethered. Tether suppress abilities, grenades, jumps, and supers...it nullify you completely, but...it doesn't suppress enemies recovery?? It should not recover while tethered, c'mon!...that's why I want it to have that DoT effect to compensate after an attempt like that, or fail a direct tether, but at least it caught it, it should start draining your life unless you escape it.
