No one will buy another Bungie game unless they fix D2 and they will need a miracle to fix it at this point. Bungie as a company is done, they screwed themselves by screwing us.

  • This is what people said after D1, but here we are.

  • I recall a lot of people saying the exact same things in the middle days of Destiny as well...here we all are, having this discussion. Besides, they already banked the sales of 8 million copies, they're all set up for next release already. Even assuming all of those were base game only, that's $480 million in sales.

  • LOL I didn't say that in D1, i was waiting for D2. I play every day but im not sure i would be willing to buy d3 if they can't get d2 right. They screwed up by trying to completely overhaul the game instead of built off what they had. Now every time they try to make things right they screw it up somehow. I do admit I like that we can now buy faction items but there is nothing new to buy. D1 was new and fresh, I like i am sure most people figured they learned from d1 and that d2 would be great.

  • It's going to follow the standard curve; broken until its not broken anymore, then sequel. I think how soon they get to the not broken stage is critical atm, but in the end, it'll go along as it always does, most likely. Years of marketing and sales data back that up for them, for better or worse.
