You respond to this post about ornaments but say nothing to all the post about players not receiving their dawning boxes on other toons or my post about not receiving the dawning engrams and also having empty milestone engrams as well, like wth!!!

The prestige ornament does glow and the trials gauntlet ornament changes almost nothing at all. Why is so little effort put into end game stuff?
