Do Master Chief and Jorge know each other?
I noticed when looking at Jorge's profile, his callsign is Sierra-052. Master Chief's, as we all know, is Sierra-117. If I remember correctly from the books (it's been awhile so correct me if I am wrong), they trained 150 Spartans and were given their callsigns during training (because even the people who died or were disabled during augmentation had call signs). So this would mean that Jorge and MC were two of the surviving 33 Spartan IIs. So I suppose it is quite possible that Jorge and MC knew each other from training. Thoughts?

He should by rights know him, or at least know [i]of[/i] him. It may be possible, that, like Kurt-051, the Chief believes Jorge to be dead as Jorge is now involved in the Spartan-III program for which they staged Kurt's death - the same may also be true of Jorge. My question is whether Kurt and Jorge knew each other or were particularly close seeing as their serial numbers are particularly close together, Kurt-051 and Jorge-052. I don't think the survival rates for the Spartan-II augmentation process allowed for such a coincidence or anomaly in most cases.

According to Halopedia, Jorge is 7'4" and John is 7'2", so Jorge is actually 2 inches taller than John.

for all who dont know i shall explain 150 spartan candidates 75 chosen 68 or something left after training due to attacks from drill seargents 35 left after augmentation 7 lost between then and reach leaving 27 spartanIIs all but 3 are sent to reach during the invasion the three are chief Linda and another spartan who i forgot his name but we went spiraling off into the unknown during the space fight. any way 24 were on reach and they almost all died. 9 holed up in an oni building for the week of time that chief was on halo. chief went back to reach to find any survivors. two of the nine were killed in slipspace leaving im pretty sure Linda John Kelly Will Fred Hope and i forget. hope and the other are killed in a huge covenant ship kelly was kidnapped by halsey again and then Linda Fred and Will went to onyx and got trapped in the slipspace world halsey took kelly there too and chief was left as the last spartan2 in the universe.

Ever since the chief became a squad leader, he made an effort to effectively command and take responsibility for ALL his men, including jorge. Even fred seemed perfectly able to name every spartan, as he rattles off several right after crashing on reach.

We dont know what events led to him being apart of Noble Team but everyone he grew up with must think he is dead since Noble Team is such a big secret.[/quote] Good idea, the 'ONI spooks' taking some of the supposedly deceased Spartan IIs for SpecOps missions.
