I left a clan last week because there was only 2 people playing the game and i decided to join a new one. When i log on bungie.net it says i'm part of the clan but when i get in the game hawthorne won't give me a clan banner. I'm on pc btw.
If you can shed some light on this issue that would be great <3

Looking at your clan https://www.d2checklist.com/clan/2680084, your profile loads no details. Do you have multiple login credentials for bungie.net? If so, try logging out and logging in with your other account. Also, if you had either a legacy console account or your account was banned in D1, your credentials fail to be recognized: https://github.com/Bungie-net/api/issues/115 https://github.com/Bungie-net/api/issues/114

8 RepliesNot sure if this is the issue but worth a shot. I see that you have your profile set to private. Would you go into your bungie.net settings, click accounts & linking, then set to display on public profile, and save. Once you do that, login to the game (you may need to close/reopen if in game when you make change) and play a bit to see if the banner is awarded by Hawthorne.
