Wouldn't be surprised. People are always looking for ways to promote themselves. Same with people on Twitch. Back when sniping was a pretty big thing in Destiny, every other post on B.net had a guy with a link to his twitch channel and more emoji in his post than actual letters. it was pretty sad.
