  • It's time we get an actual responses instead of this copy paste response. It's been three weeks and the game is still unplayable. This has nothing to do with errors on the user side, there is something wrong with the game and it needs to be acknowledged and fixed.

But i don't think it is too much to ask you to acknowledge the issue in the form of reply, or even a tweet, letting us know that you actually hear us, and are actively trying to find a solution.

    I don't see answer to my topic. For whom I recorded the video, did dxdiag, process list, etc? Apparently, for himself. Why Bungie answer to this topic? This latest topic on the forum. Look at that Bungie all answers - update driver and delete CVARS.xml. So, they do not recognize the problem with game. I'm tired of writing on this forum for 3 weeks. This game is unplayable.

  • I've worked in support, and I know lashing out is not going to help solve problems faster. However, it may be a relief to some of us to have our reports acknowledged at least as received or accepted on a personal basis.
