Well i have the same problem. And it seems to be getting worse every day...
It always starts when i enter a public event or when i'm near.
Then i need to restart to make the stutter go away.
Tried to reinstall, other drivers. But nothing works.
I dont have any problems in other games. I'm 100% sure this is not on my end.
Very frustrating. And i dont feel like even playing anymore.
They really need to look into this :/

Yes they do. This is my biggest disappointment of a game purchase since Spacehulk Deathwing which was a wreck of a game. But at least it didn't commit the cardinal sin of gaming, stuttering.
