People Banned For No Reason - Refund

Ask for a refund. If they don't give it to you go to your bank and explain the situation. Your bank will reverse the charges. No reason to give Bungie free money.

  •
Ask for a refund. If they don't give it to you go to your bank and explain the situation. Your bank will reverse the charges. No reason to give Bungie free money.
Guardian: I bought this game, agreed to terms of service/contract agreement. I got banned and I didn't get an answer from Bungie within 1 hour, which is absurd since I'm the only one having problems. Since they won't give me my money back because there are no refunds allowed on digital products, which, bear in mind when I clicked the little agree button, I agreed to, I'm going to need you to reverse the charges for me. Thanks. Bank Manager: Uh, what?

      • I'd rather not exercise the nuclear option and have this issue be resolved amiably; I am rather fond of the game after all :)

        • I looked into this, if you did it through battle.net it may affect your standing of buying things online with them. So if you play WoW or the likes, and bought this game through b.net don't risk it. Just avoid bungie for life.

Unlikely since there is always a clause such as... 'Unless otherwise provided by law or by a particular service offer, all purchases are final and non-refundable. If you believe that <company name> has charged you in error, you must contact <company name> within <X> days of such charge. No refunds will be given for any charges more than <X> days old. We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion. If we issue a refund or credit, we are under no obligation to issue the same or similar refund in the future. This refund policy does not affect any statutory rights that may apply. For more refund information, please visit our help page' Or similar language.

            • I wish I could, I used BNet funds generated from WoW gold. My only hope is that Blizzard just gets my funds back, more than happy to spend it in one of their games that I've been able to enjoy for years and years. 3 weeks into D2 and I'm banned with apparently no recourse.
