I solved the problem with connecting to Destenity 2 servers. The problem was in Adguard ( https://adguard.com/en/faq.html ), it's an internet filter and ad blocker. Perhaps you are using it or something similar, try to disable such programs. It may be necessary to stop the service of the same name in windows, but I was helped by the usual closing of the program.
