I haven't hacked the game or used any programs to alter the game. I did however use an exploit in the game that revolved a loot chest that respawned and could be looted again, but i read on the forum that using game exploits wouldn't result in a ban. i also dumped allot of money into the game in order to buy silver coins and then buy bright engrams with these coins, after doing so i bought many bright engrams and spam opened them fast. Could that be detected as cheat or hack because i got items and money(ingame) fast? Really upset because of this ban becuase i pre-ordered the game with the best edition that cost me almost 100 USD. I need this ban to be resolved please.
