It's not at all surprising that someone who cheats would lie as well. Good riddance.

This ^ Anyone who feels the need to cheat in any online game deserves whatever punishment the regulation squad throws at them. You can cheat in life, and you may get away with it. If you are really good at it, that is, but odds are, you are going to get caught when you mess up somewhere, and if the legal system is doing its work properly, you will probably much worse off than you would be if you hadn't cheated on the first place. Video games aren't too different sometimes. Can't say I feel sorry for anyone who thought it was a great idea to buy a $60 game just to try and cheat in it. Or worse, have someone else buy it for them, get banned for cheating, and then try and play innocent.
