Hey all just wanted to make my thread to bring the numbers up and show bungie their total silence in this situation is unacceptable. These reports have been coming in since 2pm EST today ( MIDDLE OF THE WORK DAY) and they have yet to reply to anyone. Horrible, horrible customer support. I had been playing fine all day, I take a break to get something to eat, before I get up I open geforce experience (it had been closed until this point) I update the drivers because I heard they had a special new one just for destiny that improved performance. I get back from eating, I boot up destiny. join a crucible match, 5 minutes in kicked and banned. I keep overlay disabled on geforce experience. HOWEVER EVEN IF I DIDNT: A bungie employee has already confirmed people should not getting banned for all these common programs with overlays and things which are getting people banned (this was posted about an hour ago now): https://snag.gy/uOlVYA.jpg https://www.bungie.net/en/Forums/Post/236577699?page=0&sort=0&showBanned=0&path=1 He simply says they may cause it not to run, NOT that you should be getting banned for them. I have heard of at least 10 other users getting banned from the exact same thing which caused my ban, open geforce, update drivers, go into D2, get banned. It is the most common story I have seen other people who were banned give. Bungie... Fix your anticheat and unban us... EDIT: LMAO and now bungie comes in with the censorship, they edited my title, I have read accounts of 10+ people being banned doing exactly what I did just before my ban, and you're going to try to act like it's not causing problems Original title read: "Another "banned for no reason" report, this time with some more substance, "the geforce experience driver update ban"
