You'll want to view the ToS at https://www.bungie.net/en/View/Bungie/terms . There's a subsection titled "GAME CONTENT USAGE RULES" that you'll want to read. Also take note that there's additional information on their contact page at https://www.bungie.net/en/pub/contactus from the "What is Bungie’s copyright/trademark policy for the Internet, specifically for fansites? Can I use Bungie and Destiny images, text, video or sound on my web page? Is it ok if I use screenshots I take in-game on my web page?" section and on, so give it a read, too, and also take note of which forms of contact are acceptable. Please note that it's unlikely that you'll get Bungie or Activision's 'prior written permission' so you should assume that anything that requires prior written permission will be beyond what you can do, but you can always try.

Alright, thanks for the reply, and I read through them, but I am still not sure how I should contact Bungie as they have no direct email or phone contact. Like I said, I just want to have those assets but i have no idea how to obtain them. I'm just assuming if i could get in contact with Bungie, and they agreed to give me the assets, I could get them that way. I can't rip them out of the game because it is console only and there is still no viable way to rip assets from PS4 and Xbox One games yet. Any thoughts or ideas? Thanks!

  • The files being on console doesn't make it impossible to rip the files as they're still on-disk. The game comes out in a few days on PC, and I'm sure lots of people will start digging through the assets so you can probably wait until then. Bungie isn't likely to give you the assets, so if you need the actual assets and don't feel like taking several screenshots and modeling them yourself, you're probably just gonna need to wait until someone does it for you.

  • Again, I appreciate the reply, but I am talking about Destiny 1 on PS4 and Xbox One as Destiny 1 is console only. The files for the Iron Companion Titan set are only in Destiny 1 and I doubt if those exact designs will return in Destiny 2.

  • I understand that, what I'm saying is when PC picks up for Destiny 2, more people are likely to be digging for file assets. This will end up causing a bit of a search on the Destiny 1 disks as well. While it's less likely that Destiny 1's assets are going to get poked into, it'll be more likely once PC gets hold of Destiny in general. That being said, have you tried http://www.destinystlgenerator.com/ ? It seems to use the same file data that was previously used for the 3d models on the website, and it has the Iron Companion files there.

  • DragonWithin Do you believe it is only possible to rip out the assets from the game disk or is it possible to rip out the animations and environments to because I know a person who says that all of it is on the disk but is encrypted. Do you believe it is so?
