Exotic Class Sword Quests?

I was bouncing around with this idea for exotic sword quests, specifically for the class specific ones you earn at the end of the main campaign. First, the sword (Quickfang, Eternity's Edge, or Crown-Splitter) would have to be infused to level 290 before the quest could be started. After that, you'll be given a location from your class vendor (Cayde, Ikora, or Zavala) to travel to one of the planets (Hunters to Nessus, Warlocks to Io, and Titans to...Titan). You'll have to collect a few planetary materials and kill a number of major enemies (the usual grindy stuff) before unlocking the next step. The next step will give you a location on those planets where you'll need to kill a major with your legendary sword, much like that quest step for the exotic swords in taken king. Once done, the exotic sword is yours. Here are my ideas for them, their visual design is reflective of their planets: Time's Tooth (Hunter Class, Vex design) Lightweight frame. Exotic perk: Time Dilation. While weapon is equipped and has ammo, double jump and dodge abilities are replaced with a vex teleport (like blink). Teleporting uses ammo. Trait: Radiolarian Poisoning. Non-vex enemies take damage overtime from radiolarian fluid. Kills with weapon create pools of radiolarian fluid. Cosmic Needle (Warlock Class, Taken design) Adaptive frame. Exotic Perk: Worm's Gift. Critically wounding non-taken enemies will temporarily turn them into allies. Using heavy attack on enemy shields will alter weapon damage to that burn type. (Sword is default Void). Trait: Collapse. Placing a rift while sword is equipped will detonate enemy-allies and return ammo to the weapon. Knight's Boon (Titan Class, Hive design) Heavy frame (or whatever the frame for the Crown-Splitter is called) Exotic perk: Shatter. Heavy attack creates a powerful shockwave along the ground (Reinhardt). Can be used mid-air. Holding the attack button increases the effect but uses more sword ammo. Trait: Splintering lines. Shatter destroys your own barricade and shoots shards of light at your enemies. Non-hive enemies are unable to walk through your barricade, and take extra damage over time. What are your thoughts on these? Also, I feel like there is a severe lack of exotics that alter your class abilites (dodges, rifts, and barricades). Maybe there's one or two armour pieces per class that do. I thought it would be cool if there were weapons that could do the same.
