I personally enjoy having the individual shaders, since I can have my guns all green and my armor all blue, but that's me
Wouldn't it be nice if we could have an exotic emote or sparrow come from a quest, or exotic mod bounties that have a chance to drop. Have a fusion exotic mod you can equip to a legendary fusion that gives it a exotic d1 perk like plan c or tellesto

Or get the ace of spades perk on better devels The des could reuse so much and bring a mass grind for these, have them only drop from legendary engrais and a low drop rate, you then have a new grind for mods that you can turn it minor quests like the Sturm Have tons of the exotic mods from d1, the armor exotics that were left behind can still be used as well
