Best idea. Create raids and more enemy models, pve is boring. Nothing is worse than doing the same 1 raid over and over till the next expansion and then having it replaced by 1 more raid. Pvp is great and fun but pve should make the game. I suggest maybe release 4 or more raids to each expansion and don't give max power level gear upon a clear make that a grind and maybe put your raid bonus stats back on raid drop weapons. I know you don't like the idea of giving that much raid content because you like easy money and that is your downfall. If you charge a premium price try to make a premium game. Thanks
