I would have to agree there is a lot of miss opportunities for bungie to explain like the history from the time of the collapse to present day in destiny covering between what I've guess at from 2420 to 2714
The original guardians
The iron wolfs
The iron lords
The vanguards and how they got established
The exo stranger
The Queen of the reef mara sov & her fate
The hours that lead up to the attack on the last safe city
