Legendary mods can have two different perks instead of one. Maybe make an exotic that can roll with 3 perks. How about using legendary shards to re roll mods. Last suggestion: let’s us be able to spec with all grenade cooldown or all resilience (examples) with our gear. I notice only certain perks can be added to certain armor pieces.
