Just as a side note, regardless of having or not effective impact on gameplay (RNG or whatnot) is an annoying bug that leads to think the system is not working...in other words, there no excuse to not address the issue... I guess the only answer anyone would like to get is, at least, "we are aware and [u]we are working to solve it[/u], thank you for your patience" this one line would suffice wouldn't you agree?
