I love the variety in the crucible right now!

Sometimes the Uriel's gift is solar, sometimes it's arc, and sometimes it's void. Look at the variety! :)
This is a joke, not a post whining about the meta or calling for nerfs. I don't have a problem with this meta. Uriel's could have some range shaved off to put it back into line with other autos though as it's range is a bit much.
• Palindrome Eyasluna TLW Hawkmoon Hawksaw Suros PDX 45 Bad Juju Clever Dragon Distant Star Burning Eye NL Shadow 701X Suros DIS 47 Mida Multi Tool Suros Regime Nechrochasm Atheon's Epilogue Zhalo Supercell Shadow Price Which of these primaries could you NOT take into the Crucible and do very well with, in the last months of Destiny? None. Each one of these primaries were viable. This is just a short list, but I chose some of the more popular ones, that I could think of off of the top of my head, and remember seeing a lot of. There were many others, though. I keep seeing posts, where people say, "All there was in D1 Crucible, was Palindrome and sidearms." Ummm... Did you all develop Alzheimer's, or what? Sure, those were used a lot. But a massive chunk of the community that used them, were the unimaginative, non-thinking 12 year old sheep, that saw their favorite YouTuber, or Steamer, using one or the other and thought, "OMG! Dat's what I haffa use, cuz '___Insert Steamer Name___' is da bess eva, and dat's what I saw him use!" Also... who the heck was running a Palindrome + Sidearm? O.ò I mean, really? Who opened themselves up to having absolutely no long-range option with that loadout? And yes, sidearms were a great option, after special ammo was nerfed. (I'm of the mind that they were great before the ammo nerf, but there again, the masses didn't see their favorite steamer using them, and they weren't a 1-hit-kill, so... They had to be crap, right?) Anyway... many fusions, shotguns, and snipers were still very viable in regular crucible. You just had to stay alive and keep your ammo, or have the patience to run to the ammo crate that re-spawned every minute. "You mean... don't go mindlessly rushing for the very first engagement that I can find? Are you crazy?!" Now, in Trials, where the special didn't spawn immediately, and you were stuck without special until it did spawn; when 9/10 times, the match was over by that time anyway. Sidearms and Ice Breaker were the best options. But that comes down to Bungie "moronism" (I just coined that phrase, and yes, you can use it.) I mean, they really thought that through, didn't they. <--- That was sarcasm. But other specials were still usable, as long as you were decent enough with your primary, to stay alive long enough to get special. Or, you could just win using your primary. Anyway, I'll step off of my soapbox, and go ahead and end my novel here with this... TL;DR: D1 Crucible was more than Palindrome and sidearms.
