Embracing collections - add ship and sparrow parts to adventures and lost sectors

By now we've all seen the posts about Destiny moving towards being a collections game - I'd argue that D1 already did a good job of being that but that's by the by. This ethos of focussing on collections could play beautifully into providing an answer as to how we make adventures and lost sectors relevant and desirable to do, I'll try to summarise as best I can: Currently the only way to get unique sparrows or ships in game is through Eververse. Fair enough, if they need additional revenue streams then so be it. But there should also be sparrows and ships that are obtainable in game to encourage further exploration and gameplay. I propose taking the patterns from the existing planetary emblems and putting them on a unique sparrow and ship - one for each planet. Chop these items up into three or four pieces and have those pieces included in the loot pools for lost sectors and adventures - collecting all the pieces nets you the final item. I'd also like to add a caveat - make the sparrows 160 speed. There's nothing worse than getting an "in game" sparrow and finding out it's only 140 - the slowest in game (looking at you, Virgin Media). Bonus idea: I'd also go one step further, add an additional slot to sparrows and bring back the sparrow mods from D1, the items that add cool effects or change the colour of the jet, as well as existing D2 sparrow mods. Add those into the adventure/sector loot pools also. Finally, please give us a "collections kiosk" to store all of our ships, sparrows, and ghosts in that ties it all together. So far I've played about three adventures, I currently have no plans to play the others because there's no reward incentive there to do them over other activities. A mechanic like the one I'm suggesting would definitely change that for me. Thanks for reading, let me know what you think!
