HELP I CANT TYPE IN CLAN CHAT
When I try to type in chat it says you cannot send message due to moderator restrictions what does that mean and how do I solve it???????? Bungie this is really annoying and kind of ridiculous I can't communicate with my clan because of this. Please help

I got the same problem. If you have slow internet / bad ping you can get restricted. :( Not sure if that is your reason, but i hope this may have been some help.
