evryone drops low engrams and its getting annoying
evryone drops low engrams so what the point of gettin tokens they drop below my lihgt level

The only engrams that drop at or higher then your light are luminous type engrams that are rewarded weekly. Everything else drops lower and it's up to you to infuse it when you get a higher level duplicate...good old bungie.
