I say yes. Here are a few scout rifles I had used for trails of the nine this weekend that beat the Mida: Nameless Midnight- The explosive payload perk to me is the main reason why I have been winning against Mida lately. Basically it staggers the Mida users when they are head shot. I win those battles if I land the 1st hit or 2 with ease because the Mida user will not be able to make up the lost damage they received and they have no choice to flee or die. The impact is okay and the range compared to Mida as the impact on Midnight is slightly better and their ranges are about even. Again, if you use Midnight and land the 1st or 2nd shot before taking a hit, you can win. Only problem is the Mida rounds per minute and radar can give it an advantage over Nameless Midnight. Tone Patrol- Another scout that has a chance to rival Midal also due to its slight impact advantage over Mida and its range and high caliber rounds(which increases its range even more) equipped with the SLO-10 Post sights(range increase slightly and handling). Its handling may give you a problem encountering a Mida but if shoot from distance you might stand a chance. Again if you land the 1st head shot or 2 against Mida, you can win that battle. I like the Mida as well and uses it often as well but there is no need to nerf Mida because people think it is overpowered due to the high usage rate among guardians.
