Cause pvp players want nothing more then to ruin any fun the game has so its what they think is balanced. Now that bungie has sad screw u pvp and pvp sucks i say go full force with that and actually come out with awesome weapons even if their broken in pvp. Those assholes ruined the fun in Destiny 1 more times then i can count.
