Hello,
One thing that may work would be to Switch Profile while in-game.
Open inventory, tab over to settings, hover over Log Out, and select switch profile. Then select your profile.
If that doesn't work either, you'll just need to wait it out for a patch or until it finally unlocks.

Honestly I've done everything including that, and equiping every subclass and reselecting every option in every subclass multiple times. Xbox live is correct. Just looking at the achievement percentages shows there's a serious issue. It says only 25% of gamers have unlocked the class/subclass achievements respectively. This is a coding error as stated.
