My thoughts:
This week has been marred by some rather unfortunate, divisive statements made by our POTUS about football players who protest. In response, virtually all teams rallied around their players' right to protest. Trump continues to denounce the league's actions. It's disappointing, to me, to see our leader behave in such a manner, but I'm happy the players, coaches, and owners are not bending to his will, and even happier still to see them unified against his misguided desires.
Pats won after a Super Bowl-esque comeback against the Texans who had been pooping on them for two straight quarters. Both sides of their ball looked terrible in the second half today, but they certainly came together when they needed to.
Steelers suffered a heartbreaking OT loss.
I didn't see Giants game, but they kept interrupting the Pats game to say how great OBJ was playing so I'm amazed they lost.
Godgers is still Godgers.

I'm fully convinced Brady is the second coming of Jesus Christ. Being a Patriot fan is the best thing in the world. Everyone else in the league stinks. #blitzfor6
