This was suggested as a poll, so who do you think would win? The Covenant or the Cabal? Both collectives both have similar capabilities of destruction, the Cabal being able to blow up planets and moons, the covenant being able to render worlds completely inhabitable, and their troop composition is quite similar as well. For the set up both the Cabal and Covenant have similar fleet sizes and access to all of their weapons, vehicles and troops, including the Almighty for the Cabal and the advantage of ThelVadam's command for the campaign covenant as well as any other special abilities and weapons both sides have to offer. Edit: My thoughts [spoiler]The Cabal would probably lose 7/10 times, assuming they started in a neutral space with a star and some planets. However if the Cabal was able to be dug in a system the covenant would be hard pressed to win, as they could detonate the planets and moons they control thus destroying any covenant forces on or around the objects.
